Responsibilities

Develop and prepare a range of stunning pastries, desserts, and baked goods that elevate our dining experience.
Design seasonal dessert menus, incorporating fresh, local ingredients.
Ensure consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation, meeting the high standards of our kitchen.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation, adhering to health and safety standards.
Manage inventory and order ingredients to ensure freshness and quality.
Train and mentor junior staff members, fostering a positive team environment.

We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role within a high-end restaurant or hotel.
Culinary degree or certification in pastry arts is a plus.
Expertise in various pastry techniques, baking, and decorating.
Keen attention to detail, creativity, and passion for quality.
Strong organizational skills and a calm approach in a fast-paced kitchen.
