Job Description: As a Chef de Partie (Pastry), you will be an integral part of our kitchen brigade, responsible for creating exquisite desserts and pastries that delight our guests. Your creativity and expertise will help us maintain our high standards and reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present high-quality pastry dishes in line with the restaurant's standards.
Assist in the development of new dessert menus and seasonal offerings.
Ensure all food preparation and presentation meet our quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-end pastry kitchen.
Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and trends.
Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
