Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a passionate Pastry Chef De Partie for a top 5* Hotel based in Cape Town. This boutique hotel is seeking a team player who can work closely with the team to develop and perfect a variety of pastries.
Responsibilities will include:

Working with the Sous Chef Pastry and Executive Chef to maintain high standards in the quality of food from preparation to presentation.
Working in all areas of the kitchen as needed.
Preparation of pastry items from the pastry section.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Organisation skills - the ability to plan, coordinate, execute and follow up.
Ability to work alone or in a team setting.
Ability to multi-task.
