Remuneration: R10 954.75 Incentive + Mibco Provident Fund + Medical Aid 50/50 Report to: Sales Manager Please note this is an EE Position Purpose Of The Job: Our Client requires an experienced Passenger Vehicle Sales Administrator to join their Dealership.
The main function will be to perform all sales administrative related duties in a diligent manner.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES DEAL FILE: ELECTRONIC SYSTEM: Uploading stacking document to ensure documents are loaded in each deal file Ensure deal files are audited and contain all the required documents relevant to cash or financed deals Check for remittance, proof of payments and insurance documents Ensure that deal files are verified and signed by all relevant parties Ensure deal files are on completed status by the 7th of the new month KEY CONTROL: Ensure that vehicle keys are properly tagged Making sure a register is kept for key control Report to Management should there not be adherence from the Sales Executives with regards to key control procedures Natis control Permit control Checking in New Vehicles from VDS, ensuring damages and missing items are claimed timeously Send emails to SASA if vehicles are delivered with missing items (eg.
Carpets, etc) Vehicle movement – ensure a register is in place and maintained when moving vehicles in between dealerships and suppliers STOCK COUNTS: Conduct a weekly vehicle stock take every Monday by 09h00 Conduct monthly vehicle stock takes on the 1st working day of each month Ensure stock counts are conducted by scanning of bar codes and/or picture of licence disks to CMS application and inform Stock controllers of completion of stock take before 09h00 to enable them to reconcile all paperwork and conclude the count Load all supporting documents for the stock takes Ensure that vehicle movement sheets and loan forms are loaded to system for management to check at any point in time Carry out any additional or reasonable duties that may be allocated to you by management MINIMUM QUALIFICATION Grade 12 Administration related experience REQUIREMENTS 2-3 year's current experience in the role of Sales Administrator, within a dealership environment Good understanding of Sales and Administrative duties Good communication skills Motor Industry experience is ESSENTIAL!!!
