Previous experience in similar industry.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to drive sales and motivate team members.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Proficiency in analyzing sales data and developing actionable strategies (strong Excel skills required).
Problem-solving skills to address customer and partner needs effectively.
