Parts Sales Consultant

***THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE***A multifranchised motor dealership is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Parts Sales Consultant to join their team.
This role involves handling counter sales, workshop sales, and some trade sales.
You will be required to assist walk-in customers and workshop staff with parts inquiries and orders, managing trade sales and ensuring strong relationships with external partners.
You will process parts orders using Kerridge, CDK, and IAL systems while providing excellent customer service across multiple franchises.
