Parts Sales Consultant

THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE A multifranchised motor dealership is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Parts Sales Consultant to join their team. This role involves handling counter sales, workshop sales, and some trade sales. You will be required to assist walk-in customers and workshop staff with parts inquiries and orders, managing trade sales and ensuring strong relationships with external partners. You will process parts orders using Kerridge, CDK, and IAL systems while providing excellent customer service across multiple franchises. Our client would prefer someone who is currently living in the area, or is willing to relocate at short notice Job Requirements Matric Certificate A valid Drivers License Previous experience in a parts sales role within a franchised dealership - preferably a multi-franchise. Working knowledge of Kerridge/CDK/IAL is essential. A strong client base in the area and/or experience in new business development would be advantageous but is not essential. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
