Participate in composite's meetings – Implementing an understanding and measures for a more effective monthly composite forecast approach and inventory management.Set up a meeting the week before the composite meeting, invite RDC Customer Service, parts Sales and Marketing, Branch customer Support, divisional Sales Manager< DPM and RDC Manager Distribute Pre-work for all attendees before meeting : Seasonal market outlooks and timing, Pre-season plan and activities.Marketing programs and initiatives, market drivers, Tenders and Dealer Stoking levels, Discussion points for the meeting : Feedback on Facing Fill performance. Product failures and PIPS, composite forecast exercise, discuss detail around each product line to be reviewed with inputs forma attendees.Provide market insights to composite meetings – Trial meeting before endParticipate in the monthly Dealer calls – Parts Marketing. Metric Support fill rate as outlined for the region 89% total Facing Fill.Emergency Facing Fill 85% and Non-Emergency Facing Fill 92%. MR&D to inform Finance Department on new scrap orders before they are released and action. To improve Quality of Inventory to reach turn goals, revive RGA Process, including Charge Backs and obtain additional training / knowledge sharing – Sean Byrd Metric: Support reaching turn goal of 1.70 for ZA-PDC. SVA GROWTH SUPPORT Goal Description:- Inventory Optimization Manage premium airfreight cost to achieve 10% reduction, expecially with the SAM and GOV tenders. Work closely with Logistics. Work closely with Inventory Optimization to execute consistent factory returns, support scrap and RGA activities Local Suppliers – Training on adjusting Forecast vs Inventory vs Orders generated by system – DNS – to identify and remove excess orders to avoid excess inventory. Review back orders review daily Container expediting for urgent parts Discuss / resolve/escalate any specific parts issues Package quantity management – Target weekly inventory counts – Compare DNS Qty vs JD Point Qty vs Bin Quantity. EXECUTION EXCELLENTE Goal Description: Execution Excellence: Monthly reports – GIT AirXtreme still outstanding.Support to provide stable month end andYearend reports to finance.
