Parts Counter Sales

Our client is seeking a Parts Counter Sales to join their team, based in East London.Successful candidate will need to sell spare and replacement parts and equipment to external clients, as well as internal workshops.Minimum Requirements:-Matric + proven experience and success in parts sales in the material handling or related industry; minimum of 3 - 5 years' experienceProcurement / Purchase Control experience or relevant technical qualificationCode 08 driver's licenseExperience in and understanding of counter sales functionsUnderstanding and working knowledge of Kerridge systemAdvanced / Expert Computer literacy in MS Outlook, Word and ExcelDatabase and reporting experienceParts warehouse stock control experienceDuties (amongst others):-Perform overall sales function of parts and aftermarket product sales to external and internal clientsAnswer customers' questions about products, prices, and availabilityTimeously and accurately prepare and distribute quotationsProvide pricing guidelines and discounts pertaining to specific service agreements / major clientsMaintain accurate records, using automated systemsPrepare sales contracts for orders obtained and submit orders for processingCollaborate with colleagues to exchange information such as selling strategies and marketing informationEmail your updated CV + supporting documentation to ******.
