Parts & Commodities Sales Representative

Reference: 9442 MLR Consultant: Michellele Roux Job Description: Sales Representative main focus will be to grow the companies' Agricultural Parts & Commodities Sales. Build relationships with dealers in the area and understand customer service & product needs. Managing and growing new and existing customers. Effective and goal orientated customer visits to grow market share in the region. Keep up to date with product knowledge and other training requirements. Educate and train customers on the benefits of Agricultural Parts & Commodities. Create a strong preference for Agricultural Parts & Commodities in the market. Develop an annual sales plan for area of resposibility. To provide timely and accurate feedback to dealers and Management and manage customer problems and concerns. Responsible for all sales and administrational functions in the region. Assist and advise customers on technical product information. Prepare and execute farmers days, shows and exhibitions. Qualifications: Relevant technical and sales qualification will be an advantage. At least 5 years' experience in the Agricultural Mechanization Industry. At least 5 years' Sales experience and able to communicate on all levels. Be able to speak and write both Afrikaans and English fluently and have excellent communication skills. Parts & Commodity product Knowledge will be an advantage. Self-driven individual that can work independently. Business standard of computer literacy is required. The internal drive to succeed, regardless of the obstacles. A POSITIVE outlook on life and high levels of energy are required. Must be able to do effective planning. Route and customer visits.
