Parts Co-Ordinator

Responsibilities:Manage ordering, receiving, and issuing stock for automotive parts efficiently.Maintain an organized stockroom for easy access to parts and materials.Collaborate with team members and other departments for smooth operations.Monitor stock levels, complete paperwork accurately, and ensure quality control.Identify process improvement opportunities and manage inventory effectively.Follow up with orders from suppliers.Obtain pricing from suppliers in order to create estimates for clients.Determine replacement parts required, according to inspections of old parts, customer requests, or customers' descriptions of malfunctions.Examine returned parts for defects, and exchange defective parts or refund.Requirements:Experience in parts and stock control, preferably in the automotive industry.Proficiency in administration and computer skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.Problem-solving skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.Target driven and achieve monthly sales targets.Develop new business and existing relationships.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From R10000,00 per monthExperience:Motor industry parts sales: 2 years (Preferred)Application Deadline: 2024/10/31
