Our marketing team forms an integral element of our Go to market team. We play a fundamental role driving demand for sales and customer success.
Our team consists of 5 members spanning marketing strategy, partnerships, demand generation, content and the website.
What will you do?
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Partnerships Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and drive growth through strategic alliances. In this role, you will focus on both partner acquisition (marketing to partners) and partner enablement (marketing through partners), building strong relationships to help expand our network and amplify our brand presence.
As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for managing partner events, creating content such as partner podcasts, and coordinating joint marketing initiatives that promote Omnipresent to our partners' audiences. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and mutual success.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner Acquisition Marketing:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and acquire new strategic partners.
Create tailored marketing materials, presentations, and campaigns aimed at engaging potential partners.
Work closely with the sales and partnerships teams to identify and approach high-potential partners.

Partner Enablement (Marketing Through Partners):

Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing plans, ensuring Omnipresent is promoted through their networks.
Provide partners with marketing assets, collateral, and tools to help them effectively promote Omnipresent's offerings.
Ensure the brand message is consistent and aligned across all partner campaigns and channels.

Event Management:

Plan, organize, and execute partner-focused events such as webinars, virtual events, and conferences to build and nurture relationships.
Manage the logistics and promotion of partner events to ensure high engagement and attendance.
Represent Omnipresent at partner events and collaborate with partners on co-branded events to reach wider audiences.

Partner Podcast Management:

Oversee the creation and management of a partner podcast, including content planning, guest outreach, and promotion (with agency support)
Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify podcast themes and speakers that align with business objectives.
Promote the podcast through various channels to maximize visibility and engagement within the partner ecosystem.

Relationship Building & Stakeholder Management:

Build strong, long-term relationships with key partners and ensure ongoing collaboration for joint marketing initiatives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, managing day-to-day communication and ensuring alignment on joint goals.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product) to coordinate partner activities and leverage resources.

Promotion & Content Creation:

Create and curate marketing content specifically tailored for partner audiences, such as blog posts, case studies, newsletters, and social media content.
Drive awareness and engagement for joint campaigns through email marketing, social media, and other digital channels.
Monitor partner campaigns to ensure they are effectively promoting Omnipresent, providing support and optimization where needed.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track, analyze, and report on the performance of partner marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve future partner marketing efforts based on data and feedback.
Ensure all marketing efforts are measurable and aligned with broader business and revenue goals.


Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in partnership marketing, channel marketing, or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience in building and managing partner relationships, with a strong ability to influence and collaborate with external stakeholders.
Strong event management skills, with experience coordinating partner-focused events and co-branded initiatives.
Experience managing or working with a content creation team (on content such as podcasts, webinars, or blogs) and promoting content through multiple channels.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and manage external relationships.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Experience in B2B marketing or working within the tech/SaaS space is preferred.
Experience with Salesforce & Hubspot is preferred
