Partnership / Relationship Manager Kimberley Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnership / Relationship Manager to oversee and enhance supplier relationships, optimize collaborative opportunities, and drive cost-effective strategies while ensuring alignment with the company's standards and objectives.
Key Responsibilities 1.
Partnership Management Develop and implement strategies to strengthen and maintain partnerships with key suppliers and service providers.
Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with partners.
Lead end-to-end processes for building and nurturing supplier relationships, including selection and contract management.

Relationship Building Foster strong, long-term relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure mutual benefits.
Evaluate partner performance, focusing on quality, reliability, and adherence to standards.
Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain high levels of trust and accountability.
3.
Strategic Collaboration and Cost Optimization Identify opportunities for collaborative projects and cost-saving initiatives.
Compare partner offerings to ensure the best value for the company.
Work with the finance team to develop and adhere to budgets while maximizing cost efficiency.
4.
Inventory and Resource Alignment Coordinate with operational teams to ensure stock and resource levels align with business needs.
Monitor inventory performance to avoid overstocking or shortages.
Optimize logistics and supply chain strategies for seamless operations.
5.
Reporting and Administration Maintain detailed records of partnerships, contracts, and performance metrics.
Prepare regular reports on relationship management outcomes, budgets, and resource utilization for executive review.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
Qualifications and Skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field (e.g., Crop Production in the agricultural sector).
Experience: 3–5 years in relationship management, procurement, or inventory management, particularly in agriculture or related industries.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in procurement, inventory, or relationship management (e.g., AVCASA in agriculture).
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal skills in Afrikaans and English.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant software systems and advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Other Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
