This position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.
Your responsibilities will include:
Develop Partnership Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the marketing and business objectives.
Identify and Evaluate Partnership Opportunities: Research and identify potential partnership opportunities. Evaluate partnerships based on strategic fit, audience alignment, and potential impact.
Negotiate Partnership Agreements: Lead negotiations with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial partnership agreements, campaign agreements and T&Cs. Define partnership terms, including goals, objectives, deliverables, and commercials.
Manage Partnership Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with strategic partners. Serve as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the partnership and campaign lifecycle.
Collaborate on Marketing Campaigns: Work closely with marketing teams to integrate partnership initiatives into marketing campaigns and partner campaigns. Develop briefs for creative and compelling marketing campaigns that leverage partner and internal assets and resources to drive partner campaign objectives.
Execute Partnership Campaigns: Manage the briefs and execution of partnership campaigns from concept to completion. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of campaign deliverables.
Track, analyse and report on performance: Define KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of partnership campaigns. Track performance metrics, analyse internal data, spend, return on campaign metrics, and generate insights to optimise partnership strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Manage Partnership Budget: Develop and manage the partnership marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to budget, co-funding marketing budget and marketing income.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the Partnership team, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting the professional growth and development of the team.
Operational and Management reporting weekly and monthly.
Keep marketing team informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Partnership Marketing, and make recommendations for adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
A master's degree is a plus.
A minimum of 5-7 years marketing & retail experience.
