ResponsibilitiesThis role involves managing key partner relationships, developing, implementing and overseeing service level agreements (SLAs), managing contracts, and conducting negotiations to maximise the value of partnerships. The Partner Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that partner activities are aligned with the company's strategic objectives. Key responsibilities:3. Negotiations4. Relationship Management5. Reporting & Analysis SLA ManagementDevelop, implement, and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with partners. Ensure all partners meet agreed-upon service levels, identifying and addressing any areas of underperformance. Conduct regular reviews of SLA performance with partners and internal stakeholders, implementing corrective actions as necessary. Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to SLA breaches. Contract ManagementDraft, review, and manage contracts with partners to ensure they reflect the agreed terms and conditions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contractual agreements. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations by both the company and partners. Work with legal teams to resolve any contractual disputes or ambiguities. Lead negotiations with partners to secure favorable terms, pricing, and conditions. Develop negotiation strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Build strong relationships with partners to facilitate smooth negotiation processes. Ensure that negotiated terms are documented and incorporated into contracts. Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing any issues or concerns they may have. Foster strong, collaborative relationships with partners to drive mutual success. Facilitate regular communication between partners and internal teams to ensure alignment and address any challenges. Identify opportunities for expanding and deepening partnerships. Monitor and report on partner performance, providing insights and recommendations. Analyse partnerships outcomes against KPIs and make data-driven decisions to optimise relationships. Prepare regular reports on SLA compliance, contract status, and negotiation outcomes. ExperienceKey requirements:Minimum 3 years' of experience in partner management, contract management, or a related role. Proven experience in managing SLAs and leading successful negotiations. String understanding of contract law and compliance requirements. SkillsExcellent negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable terms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain string relationships.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in contract management software and tools. Personal AttributesStrong leadership and influencing skills. Ability to navigate complex relationships and manage conflict effectively. Ability to see the bigger picture while managing day-to-day details. Adaptable and open to change, with a positive approach to problem-solving.
