We are looking to recruit a Partnership and Fundraising Executive to work alongside the External Relations and Communications Lead.The role will be crucial in launching the Trust's fundraising and partnerships strategy, with key responsibilities including administration, research, networking, stakeholder engagement and event organising.The successful candidate will deliver our 3 P Strategy: Programmes, People Awards & Projects. We believe this approach will enable us to attract investment, create positive community outcomes and develop a process that delivers sustainable impact.As the Partnership and Fundraising Executive you will be responsible for:Supporting the External Affairs and Communications Lead to develop and implement a fundraising and partnership strategy in line with the overall Trust Strategic Plan.Providing assistance with the establishment and/or maintenance of relationships with partners and funding avenues of the Trust.Supporting a programme of outreach activities and marketing and fundraising events to reach all target audiences (business, education, charity, sports and arts organisations (BECSA); alumni and parents)Identify and support engagement for schools and the Trust to access funding streams that match requirements.The successful candidate for the role will:Be organised and meticulous who enjoys working with a wide range of people and who would gain real satisfaction from helping to establish a new role that will have wide-ranging impact on students, staff and communities across the Trust.Have experience in relationship management, with the ability to form positive and impactful partnerships that support the delivery of organisational goals.Have experience in building relationships with a wide range of different stakeholders.Have experience of project management, monitoring, evaluation and running projects to deadline.If you would like to play your part in building and delivering an outstanding leadership service for our Trust we would very much like to hear from you.Please note we reserve the right to close this advert early.The University Schools Trust, East London, is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
