Part-Time Teaching Opportunities at ASU-BeebeASU-Beebe, a two-year residential community college part of the Arkansas State University System, is seeking to compile a pool of qualified candidates interested in future part-time teaching opportunities in the following academic disciplines:
Visual Art/Art AppreciationCampus locations may include Beebe, Searcy, Heber Springs, LRAFB, and online.
Required QualificationsMinimum of a master's degree in the discipline or a master's degree with 18 graduate semester hours in the discipline.
Preferred QualificationsTerminal degree; one to three years teaching experience.
Minimum Salary or Salary RangeMinimum Salary: $650 per credit hour.
Physical ActivitiesStand, Walk, Sit, Use hands to finger, handle, or feel, Reach with hands and arms, Climb or balance, Stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, Talk or Hear, Taste or smell.
Physical ExertionUp to 10 pounds, Up to 25 pounds, Up to 50 pounds, Up to 100 pounds, More than 100 pounds.
Background Check RequirementsThis position will be subject to a pre-employment criminal and sex-offender registry background check. In cases where pre-determined, an additional financial/credit history/background check may be required. Convictions that have been sealed or legally eradicated and misdemeanor convictions for which probation was completed and the case was dismissed will be excluded.
