This part-time role (20 hours per week) is fully remote and offers the opportunity to directly impact our growth by driving high-quality leads and building strong marketing strategies.If you're passionate about digital marketing, lead generation, and delivering results, we'd love to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesLead Generation:Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram Ads) to drive high-quality leads at a reduced cost.Explore and implement additional lead generation methods (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).Email Marketing:Design, execute, and track email campaigns to nurture and engage leads.Implement automated workflows to drive conversions and optimize key metrics (open rates, CTRs, etc.).Marketing Strategy:Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy to grow lead flow and engagement.Optimize SEO efforts and manage organic social media content to drive traffic and visibility.Content & CRM Management:Manage website updates, blog posts, and Trustpilot reviews to improve brand credibility.Use HubSpot (CRM) to track lead activity, report on campaign performance, and maintain accurate data.RequirementsProven experience in lead generation, particularly using Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).Hands-on experience with email marketing campaigns and workflow automation.Strong understanding of SEO, organic social media growth, and digital analytics.Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot (or similar platforms).Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.Must have a laptop/PC and stable internet connection.
