Part Time Customer Service AdvisorPermanent, Part TimeMonday - Friday 8am - 1.30pm / 9.30am - 3pmTrafford Park - Office BasedWinsearch UK is currently working with a large manufacturing business to appoint a Customer Service Advisor, on a permanent, part time basis. The purpose of this role will be to support customers in their after-care journey, ensuring customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesUpdate system with installation updates from daily reportsCheck emails from factory regarding shortage in items and if any action is required.Plan remedials from Field Installation Manager reports and call them out.Liaise with the factory despatch as and when changes are being made to the current weeks' planAmend the schedule due to changing circumstances and inform client of these changesLiaise and collaborate with all relevant departments to gain resolutions of customer issuesPrioritise high debt remedials and clients that are on the Significant Client List.Monitor closely all fitter and polisher remedials on the systemLiaise with Purchasing department/factory regarding materials prior to plan remedial.Liaise with fitters & polishers regarding their availability.Escalate any issues or risks to the appropriate personAdhere to the departmental procedures as advisedQualifications and RequirementsBe able to work unsupervisedExperience in a planning department essential, fitted furniture planning advantageousConfident telephone mannerClean and concise written and verbal communication skillsWilling to take on/learn new skillsVery strong attention to detailFlexibility to respond to changing circumstances - excellent temperamentBe able to work in a team environmentGood geographical knowledge of the United KingdomGood IT skills - ability to use Microsoft officeWinsearch acts as an employment agency for permanent staff.
