In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of clients, assisting with transactions, client interactions, account management, and supporting basic financial planning.

Responsibilities: Financial Planning Support: Develop precise financial and risk management documents, ensuring compliance and alignment with adviser strategies and client needsClient Portfolio Management: Prepare accurate statement of advice documents and review customer portfolio reports, considering market trends and changes in client circumstancesRisk Coverage: Regularly assess and update customer risk coverage, advising on necessary actions based on risk needs and product updatesCustomer Service & Relationship Management: Keep clients well-informed, handle inquiries, and solve client-related issues efficientlyAdministrative Support: Manage client policy information, prepare new applications and quotations, and maintain client relationships via the CRM systemTeam Coordination: Contribute to team objectives, report new business statistics, and manage the Adviser's diary for review appointmentsRequirements: Relevant Tertiary QualificationCFP designation and/or Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning is preferrable3-5 years of relevant experience within the financial services industryValid driver's license and own vehiclePlease note if you have not heard from us in 2 weeks from application, please consider yourself unsuccessful - please do continue to follow us online and apply for suitable roles.
