Key Responsibilities Client Support: Assist financial advisors in preparing and maintaining client financial plans, ensuring their goals and objectives are met.Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research on financial products, investment opportunities, and tax regulations to provide accurate recommendations.Documentation: Prepare detailed reports, including cash flow analyses, retirement projections, and investment summaries.Compliance: Ensure all financial plans comply with legal and regulatory requirements.Technical Support: Utilize financial planning software to model client scenarios and present options.Client Communication: Coordinate with clients to gather necessary financial information and address queries as needed. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.Certifications: Preferably holding or working toward a CFP (Certified Financial Planner), DipPFS, or equivalent certification.Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a financial planning, paraplanning, or advisory role.Technical Skills:Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., Xplan, Voyant, or similar).Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint Skills and AttributesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.A team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to tasks.Knowledge of financial products, tax laws, and investment strategies.
