To carry out the day-to-day administrative, customer services, research and operational tasks for Centillion Wealth as may be required or agreed upon from time to time, and to provide Wealth Managers with internal advice services including:Research on advice-related issues to be utilised in client reports/records of adviceUpload client financial information onto the software systems, and prepare scenarios to be used by Wealth Managers in the preparation of written Records of AdvicePrepare analysis of client portfolio on behalf of Wealth Managers in accordance with practice procedures and policies as well as client and advisor requirementsDraft Record of Advice documents for Wealth ManagersAssist in managing the client review process for Wealth ManagersUpdate top-up/ad hoc investments, and rebalances on relevant systemsResponsibilitiesPreparation of Client ProposalsPreparation of meeting packs and minutesAnalysis on PortfoliosOperational and Regulatory ReportingTelephonic and email query resolutionAssistance with compliance officer visitsGeneral office management duties and/or administrative tasks that may be required from time to timeUpdate and manage client review calendarFinancial market researchCompletion of work requests on behalf of Wealth ManagersWhere required, accompanying Wealth Managers to meetings and draft feedback to be sent to clients timeouslyPrepare for review meetings by drafting review reports on behalf of Wealth ManagersInvestment Planning and Estate PlanningFollow the six-step Financial Planning processPrepare financial calculations for client portfolios where requiredUndertake research of various investment and advice options for clientsParticipation and completion of assigned projectsAdhere to all compliance in terms of FICA and FAIS regulationsOngoing maintenance and development of professional knowledge to satisfy the current industry and legislative requirements.Role requirements: Education and ExpertiseRelevant degree, BCom (Financial Planning, Investment Management, Finance, Accounting or similar) and higherPost Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning, CFP (or studying towards it)Minimum 2-3 years industry experienceMeet Fit and Proper requirements in terms of the FAIS Act in order to be appointed as a representativeSkillsAbility to develop and maintain relationships with clientsStrong written and interpersonal communication skillsA thorough understanding of compliance issues associated with the providing of Financial Advice.Personal attributes:Client centricEnthusiastic and friendlyWell-spoken and professionalExcellent writing and communication skillsGood interpersonal skillsGood at multi-taskingAbility to work independently as well as part of a team
