Paralegal/ Legal Ass. Required

Requirements:

Must have practical experience in legal debt collections.
Must have experience in dealing with Sheriff of the courts and Paymasters.
Knowledge in Garnishee orders, administration orders and debt reviews an advantage.
Legal Diploma/Degree or similar qualification an advantage.
Minimum 5 years experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Consults and Queries
Debt Collections
Drafting various applications.
Attending to daily file correspondences.
