About The RoleWe are looking for a well organised individual to join our Corporate Dental team. This Paralegal post will be based out of our Worcester HQ office.Our team is notably one of the leading dental advisory teams in the UK, and work with dentists across the country to complete successful sales and acquisitions. Their unrivalled knowledge of GDS and PDS contracts ensure the smooth delivery of transactions, allowing our dental clients to fully concentrate on the day-to-day running of their practice.This team works collaboratively with the wider Healthcare function, so is truly a great opportunity for someone to immerse themselves in the dental and healthcare world.Responsibilities of a Paralegal:Drafting legal documents using appropriate precedents and templates.Managing direct client contact both through telephone and email.Ensure all work complies with risk management policies and procedures, in line with GDPR.Undertaking legal processes, under supervision, such as routine file management including file opening and billing.Undertaking legal research, using appropriate methods and sourcing, presenting the results in an accurate and timely manner.Take an active role with the Paralegal and Trainee (PT) group and attend networking events or careers fairs to provide appropriate support as required.Take an active part in promoting the firm through social media channels such as LinkedIn.About YouAs a Paralegal you will need to have:Strong IT skills with accurate typing capability.Client service focussed.Ability to work as an effective member of a team and to offer support to peers where required.Previous experience, or interest within the healthcare/dental sector would be highly desirable.Bachelor's Degree in Law would be preferably.Excellent organisational capability with refined attention to detail.While a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in Law would be desirable, we would equally encourage applications from those who have not studied Law, but have worked in a Dental/Healthcare setting as would we see enormous value in this sector specific experience.About UsBenefits of working with us as a Paralegal:Scottish Widows Pension SchemeBonus schemeElectric vehicle scheme27 days annual leave (plus public holidays)Happy People / Perks at Work benefits portalCycle to Work schemeLife Assurance1/3 gym membership contributionFlu vaccinationsHealthcare cash planIs HCR the smart move for you?HCR suits people who love a challenge and want to work in an environment where careers thrive on the back of hard work and personal merit.
