About the Role:We are seeking a young, motivated Compliance Administrator to join our defense company in Cape Town. This role focuses on contract management, compliance documentation, and administrative support rather than traditional paralegal work. You will play a critical role in ensuring that all agreements, including NDAs and contracts, are meticulously drafted and adhered to, contributing to the smooth operation of our business. Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and manage contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents.Maintain compliance documentation and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather and manage documentation.Support audits and inspections by preparing necessary reports and materials.Maintain an organized system for tracking and storing contracts and compliance records.
