Your duties will encompass:
Manage and overseeing and inspiring the sales team in the Call Centre to drive revenue growth and achieve performance targets.Developing and executing strategic sales plans.Quotations for Life Insurance policies and other products.Manage lead optimization of all company leads.Train and coach staff on handling objections.Manage team discipline.Mentoring team members and ensuring exceptional customer service.Analyze sales data to optimize strategies, conduct training sessions to enhance skills, and maintain compliance with industry regulations.QualificationsMatricRelevant Tertiary QualificationRegulatory Examination Certificate 5 (RE5)FAIS CompliantSkills3 years Call Centre Sales Agent environment.Outbound Sales.Extensive experience in the long-term insurance industry specializing in services and products.Familiarity with credit life products.
