Job Description Your duties will encompass: Obtaining quotes from the Approved Suppliers and compare prices and delivery dates. Purchase goods, materials, or components in line with specified quality and delivery targets. Sign for the goods received after the following was verified against the Purchase Order: Raise a Goods Receive note in the System. Contact suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery, or invoice issues. Communicate delivery dates and any supply problems which may impact on business operations. Ensure the safety and wellbeing of self, staff, and visitors. Test equipment returned from sites to establish what can still be used by the business. Repair equipment where possible that is returned as faulty. Stock Take. Issuing stock. Receive stock from Suppliers. Receive stock back from sites. Assist IT Department when it is not busy with setting up Computers and other basic tasks. Fully responsible for all stock losses as the stock is locked away under your care. Qualifications Matric. Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain. Skills Minimum 5 years' experience in Procurement and Warehouse Supervisor. Security industry experience. Proficient in MS Office and Navision.
