Job Description Your duties will encompass: Manage a team of about 50+ Security officers.
Time keeping.
Organize and oversee all security operations of the company.
Implement policies and procedures to maintain security standards.
Be responsible for all related work with PSIRA.
Recruiting, training and supervising security officers.
Carrying out risk assessments to determine the safety of the site.
Coordinating the response to any incidents.
Qualifications Matric Skills Minimum 10 years' experience in Security Manager position.
Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
Valid driver's license.
PSIRA registered.
Proficient in MS Office
