Employer DescriptionCompany is a Distributor of industrial and construction equipment.Job DescriptionYour duties will encompass:Achieve an acceptable market share, through maximizing sales of parts to trade and distribution to customers.Plan, manage, and monitor the implementation of governance, compliance, integrity, and ethics.Plan and manage financial activities.Manage, identify, and address customer needs.Implement people resource planning in line with delivery, performance objectives, and budget.Coordinate and monitor the sales and marketing activities.Ensuring all production orders are shipped to customers in a timely manner.Update and send out an ETA listing to all regions weekly.Maintaining strict control over inventory levels to meet internal and external demand of the product.Planning warehouse layout and space requirements to prevent loss or damage.Ensuring that the credit process is adhered to and approve all credit requests.Enforcing companys policies regarding security and safety to maintain a safe working environment.Supervising a team of warehouse employees.Assisting with recruitment paperwork and processes for the department.Investigating causes of lost or damaged shipments and other matters, adjusting where necessary.QualificationsMatric.Diploma in parts management or related qualification.SkillsMinimum of 3 years Management Experience.Minimum 5 years Parts Management experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Autoline experience.Driver's License and Own transport.
