Painter

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Painter to join our maintenance team, ensuring that our hotel maintains its top-tier appearance and comfort for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and removing old paint.
Mix, match, and apply paints, varnishes, and other finishes to various surfaces.
Ensure work areas are protected and cleaned up after completing tasks.
Perform minor repairs such as filling cracks, holes, and joints.
Work on interior and exterior painting projects within hotel premises.
Ensure safety standards are met and maintained.
Collaborate with the maintenance team for ongoing hotel upkeep.
Perform additional related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Painter, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Knowledge of various painting techniques and finishes.
Ability to work efficiently and follow health and safety guidelines.
Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
