Painter / General Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks throughout the hotel, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting (mainly painting)Handle repairs and servicing of hotel amenities such as doors, windows, fixtures, and furniture.Assist with preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and prevent breakdowns.Collaborate with the maintenance team to complete larger projects as required.Respond quickly to maintenance requests from guests and other departments to ensure prompt service.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.Requirements:Proven experience as a handyman, technician, or in a similar role.Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems.Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and time management skills.Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
