Position Overview: We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Paid Media Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team in George.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will play a key role in planning, implementing, and optimizing our paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google, Bing, Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram and more.
Have a deep understanding of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
Conduct keyword research and develop ad copy that aligns with campaign objectives.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance data to optimize ad spend and ROI.
A/B testing and experimentation to improve campaign performance.
Collaborate with the creative team to design visually appealing ad creatives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid media.
Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations.
Requirements 2+ years of campaign management experience, with a minimum of 1 year running paid marketing campaigns on Facebook and Google for business-to-customer products.
A relevant Marketing or Digital Marketing qualification will be beneficial.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Have customer-centricity at the forefront of all conversations and decisions.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and data analytics tools.
Have strong commercial acumen for the factors that drive business success in a fast-paced Fintech environment.
