Paid Media Specialist

What We're Looking For: We are on the hunt for a rockstar Paid Media Specialist to join our team! In this full-time hybrid role based in Pretoria, you'll be developing, implementing, and optimizing paid media strategies that align with client objectives. What You'll Be Doing: Develop and execute paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, and more.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize ROI.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms to continually improve campaign performance.Manage budgets and bid strategies to ensure efficient use of resources and achievement of campaign goals.Test and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and A/B tests to improve conversion rates.Provide detailed analysis of campaign results and recommendations for future strategies.The Boxes You Need to Tick: Proficient in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint certification is a plus.The Workspace: Join a dynamic, creative team in a hybrid environment that values innovation and collaboration. *Kindly note that should you not have heard from us within two weeks of the closing date, please consider your application unsuccessful.
