You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
You will also manage our website and put in place strategies to optimise sales.
The ideal candidate will have a performance-driven mindset with experience in running successful campaigns that deliver a high return on ad spend (ROAS).
Responsibilities: Digital Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Amazon Advertising.
Monitor campaign performance and ROI, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve campaign objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital advertising to drive innovation and efficiency.
Online Store Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our online store, ensuring a seamless customer experience from browsing to checkout.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product assortment, merchandising, and promotions.
Implement strategies to increase website traffic, conversion rates, and average order value.
Amazon Management: Strategically manage our presence on Amazon across multiple territories.
Monitor and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales and profitability.
Analyze Amazon performance metrics and develop actionable insights to drive growth.
Strategic Digital Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business objectives.
Coordinate the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Manage the company's blog, ensuring regular publication of high-quality content optimized for SEO and audience engagement.
Email Marketing: Design and implement email marketing campaigns, including newsletter management, drip campaigns, and promotional emails.
Manage subscriber lists and segment audiences for targeted messaging.
Marketing Involvement: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.
Participate in the planning and execution of marketing strategies, ensuring digital channels are integrated effectively.
Contribute to the creation of marketing materials and assets, providing digital insights and recommendations.
Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, offering insights and suggestions for optimization and improvement.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or related role.
Demonstrated success in managing Amazon accounts across multiple territories.
Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Amazon Advertising.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
