Packing Plant Supervisor - Durban

Hire Resolve is excited to announce an opening for a Packing Plant Supervisor in Durban.
Our client, a leader in the cement industry, is looking for a dedicated and skilled supervisor to manage the packing operations within their facility.
The Packing Plant Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are packed efficiently and meet the company's quality standards.
Responsibilities Supervise and lead the packing team to ensure efficient operations Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary Ensure compliance with quality control standards Report breakdowns that could result in stoppages Coordinate daily packing activities and schedules Manage SHEQ incentives Train and develop team members to enhance skills and productivity Implement and maintain safety protocols within the packing area Collaborate with other departments to achieve production goals Maintain accurate records of production activities Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a heavy industrial engineering environment Strong knowledge of packing processes and equipment Matric and recognised trade test - Preferably Millwright studying towards NQF 6 Excellent leadership and team management skills SAP knowledge Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Relevant qualifications in production management or a related field are preferred Benefits Health Insurance Shift Allowance Contact Hire Resolve today for your next career-changing move Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.
