Packing Co Ordinator

PACKING COORDINATOR (Ogies, Mpumalanga) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Internal and external communication to all Packing Employees.
Ensure sufficient stock is planned for packing to meet model stock requirements.
Ensure the correct raw material and packing material are used in your department.
Optimise packing efficiency of all packers and ensure OEE benchmarks are achieved at all times.
Value Drivers managed daily to achieve targets set out by the company by using the CIPs.
Environmental impact identified in your department and managed to reduce waste.
Quality assurance on packing lines comply with requirements.
Packing to consistent pack presentation and product profile.
All packed products to comply with specifications.
Reduce damages in department to ensure targets met.
Ensure equipment used to capacity and useful life is maximized.
Daily assessment and analyses of figures ensuring accurate results and performance managed.
Compile daily, weekly and monthly reports as per requirements.

Requirements: 5 Years experience in Packing / Operational environment in FMCG (Food Manufacturing) Minimum 2 years at management level Technical background will be beneficial Experience on Packing Machinery (Form Fill & Seal) Computer Literacy.
(Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Valid drivers license and own transport.
