Job Description Summary: Manage a packhouse, overseeing operations, efficiency, and food safety while leading a team and managing finances.Key Responsibilities:Operations efficiencies, monitoring performance and quality.Ensure protocol adherence, human resources and industrial relations.Oversee maintenance, customer service, and communication.Manage finances and ensure food safety and compliance.Qualifications:A relevant qualification in Agriculture, Business Development, Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.5-10 years of experience in a Packhouse Manager role or similar role.Knowledge of BRC, HACCP, SIZA, and Global Gap Accreditation.
