Packhouse Manager

Seeking experienced Packhouse Manager to oversee operations, improve efficiency, and ensure quality and compliance in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Relevant qualification in Agriculture, Business Development, Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
5-10 years experience in a Packhouse Manager role or similar role in the food, beverages, or manufacturing industry
Knowledge of BRC, HACCP, SIZA, and Global Gap Accreditation

Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a proven track record of building successful teams
Able to work in a highly competitive market space and drive results-oriented performance
Strong planning and execution skills, with a focus on operational efficiency
