Location: Tzaneen, LimpopoRequirements:Previous sales experience, preferable in the agricultural sector. (Fresh fruit and vegetable exposure and experience will be advantageous)Technical knowledge of machinery, fresh fruit, and vegetable processes. (Packhouse knowledge will be advantageous)Good communication skills, feedback, reporting etc.Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English). Spanish or French would be an advantage. Computer literate:MS Word, MS Outlook, MS ExcelAdvanced AutoCAD will be advantageous.Must have a valid drivers license and a valid or renewable passport.Must be willing to travel mostly in South Africa but international travel will be a requirement from time to timeResponsibilities:Commercial & Trade activity within the Fruit & Vegetable Market / Regions of South Africa, mainly in Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Northwest province and KZN. Make prospection to extend the company footprint and Represent the Company in the area and be able to develop long term Commercial relationships.Follow existing customers and minimize Customer Complaints.Understand and adapt to market needs and knowledge of the farming community and encourage Consumers loyalty by proposing Technical Solutions suited to their needs.Be able to adapt and propose company Technology to suit the exact need of the Customer.Working with the company design department, establish Customers needs analysis and propose suitable technical solution and reporting back.Prepare quotations and present layout solutions to customer with commercial arguments and negotiate a deal.Provide detailed and concise Weekly activity & Market reports and reporting progress and deviation analysis through an action plan.Based in the Tzaneen branch together with technical support and spare stock warehouse.Develop and improve internal process and procedures together with the sales team
