Packhouse & Farm Accountant

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in accounting or related field, CPA preferable10 years of experience, strong knowledge of accounting principles, and proficiency in relevant software.Previous experience with XeroComputer literatePrevious experience with manufacturing / packhouseExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environmentRESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Implement and maintain robust financial systems to ensure accurate and efficient financial reporting.Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including stock control systems, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and legal reporting requirements.
