Cape Town Pharma Packers Wanted - Epping Industrial Area | Contract Position We are seeking detail-oriented Packers to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
This position plays a crucial role in ensuring our medical products are properly packaged according to strict quality standards.
Schedule:
Rotational shift work (Between Monday to Sunday)Various shift patterns availableMust be flexible to work across different shifts as requiredKey Responsibilities:
Package pharmaceutical products according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)Perform visual inspection of products before packagingMaintain cleanliness of the packaging area according to GMP standardsComplete accurate documentation of packaging operationsFollow all safety and quality control proceduresMonitor packaging equipment and report any issuesParticipate in inventory counts when requiredWork collaboratively within a team environmentRequired Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in manufacturing or packaging (preferred)Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25kgStrong attention to detailExcellent hand-eye coordinationAbility to follow written and verbal instructions preciselyEssential Skills:
Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) principlesStrong commitment to quality and safetyAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentReliable attendance recordBasic mathematical skillsClear communication abilitiesTeam player mentalityWork Environment:
