Packaging Supervisor

Our client, a leader in the food manufacturing industry based in Johannesburg, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Packaging Operations Supervisor.
If you have a passion for food safety, process improvement, and team management, this is your chance to make a significant impact in a fast-paced production environment Minimum Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
National Diploma in Engineering or Operations.
2-3 years of supervisory experience in a production or packaging environment.
Food FMCG experience is advantageous.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of food safety standards and operational best practices.
