Requirements Experience covering the West Coast, Cape Winelands and Overberg districts of the Western Cape Experience Selling to farmers, co-ops, food and animal feed producers as well as seed and fertilizer companies. Knowledge of a wide range of packaging and its usage in the target industries. Extensive contacts of clients and prospects in the targeted geographical area. Strong selling ability: Prospecting, Screening, Presenting, Negotiating, Closing, After Sales. Passion for continuous learning. Ability to deal with technical issues in terms of packaging and packing line performance. Team player Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Responsibilities Understand the client, their market, their challenges, their opportunities and identify where we can add value. Understand the market drivers and competitive environment. Gain an comprehensive technical understanding of our range of products. Assist in developing a sales strategy and setting of budgets. Execute the sales strategy to the benefit of all stakeholders. Enable the delivery of exceptional service, quality and products by our team. Maintain sustainable relationships with clients and ensure high client satisfaction. Provide accurate sales forecasting. Assist in formalization of customer SLAs. Represent the company at trade shows and various marketing opportunities.
