What You'll Bring: 5+ years of sales management experience in the telecommunications industry, particularly in PABX systems.
Deep understanding of PABX technology and the telecommunications landscape.
Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams to success.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical mindset with expertise in sales metrics, forecasting, and strategy refinement.
Your Key Responsibilities: Lead and Inspire: Manage, mentor, and motivate a dynamic team of sales reps and product experts.
