Administrative support – provide general administrative and secretarial support including preparing correspondence and presentation material, drafting emails and letters, prioritising documents, and providing general assistance to the Chief Financial Officer.Requirements:This position requires a strong background in the administrative/secretarial field.A personal assistant or executive assistant diploma will be beneficial.Experience of at least two years as an executive personal assistant.Working experience in basic accounting will be beneficial.Working experience in a project management environment and project administration.Good experience coordinating executive-level meetings.Excellent use of English and Afrikaans: oral and written for writing, copywriting and editing.Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook and digital capabilities.Quality orientation with attention to detail for high levels of accuracy.Strong capability to multitask, organise, prioritise, and streamline tasks.
