Qualifications:

At least 3 years of management experience in a Lodge, Hotel, Resort, or Catering Firm.
Financial Knowledge (Minimum 3 years).
Food Preparation Protocols.
At least 3 years of F&B experience in the hotel catering field.
Driver's Licence.
Diploma in Hospitality Management.
