Profile

At least 3 years of a Management level in a Lodge, Hotel, Resort or Catering Firm
Financial Knowledge ( Minimum 3 years )
Food Preparation Protocols
At least 3 year F&B experience in the hotel catering field
Driver's Licence
Diploma in Hospitality Management
