Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Team Leader to join our SiriusXM team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets, developing, and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, excellent communication and coaching skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire their team to achieve their best. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and goals - Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve team targets - Coach and develop sales representatives to improve their sales skills and performance - Monitor and report on team performance, including sales metrics and customer satisfaction - Identify and address any performance issues or areas for improvement within the team - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure alignment and maximum sales potential - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Requirements: - 2 years of experience in sales leadership or management - Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and goals - Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills - Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advantageous: - Experience with sales software and technology, such as CRM systems - Knowledge of sales analytics and performance metrics - Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Certification in sales or leadership, such as Six Sigma or Lean
