Job DescriptionWe're looking for telesales agents to join the Catch Consulting team. Please note, for this role we are only seeking telesales agents who have previous experience in sales. Please indicate in your application whether you're prepared to work night shifts for a pay premium.
RequirementsSome baseline experience: Worked in sales previously for a minimum of one year.
A team player focus: You care more about the name on the front of the jersey than the name on the back. We're looking for people who take pride in delivering their own work, but also lifting up those around them and contributing to team goals.
A desire for growth: Coachable individuals who want to learn, want to grow, and want to build their careers with Catch.
A bit of zen: Sometimes customer service or sales queries can be challenging. Patience and empathy towards customers in difficult situations is a must.
