Following a remarkable 600% growth last year, we're seeking a dynamic Outbound Sales Manager to inspire and guide our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) as we scale new heights.
What You'll Do Lead and mentor the SDR team to achieve and exceed daily performance metrics (calls, emails, etc.).Conduct regular reviews of call recordings, delivering actionable feedback to sharpen skills.Partner with Marketing and Demand Generation teams to align strategies and ensure SDR success.Actively participate in prospecting efforts as a "player-coach" to model high standards.Analyze SDR metrics, reporting on performance, and driving continuous improvement.Foster a collaborative, high-energy team culture focused on growth and success.What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Development Manager.At least 3 years as an SDR with proven expertise in phone-based outreach.Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Orum (preferred but not required).Strong leadership skills with a passion for accountability and integrity.Experience in E-Commerce or SaaS sales is a plus.Schedule and Compensation Hours: Monday to Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM PST (US)Compensation: Earn $1,000+ monthly on-track earnings.Additional perks: Paid time off and work-from-home benefits.Technical Requirements: A personal computer or laptop with at least an i5 processor (or equivalent).Internet connection with a minimum upload and download speed of 20Mbps.If you're ready to lead a vibrant team and drive innovation in the ever-evolving E-Commerce landscape, we want to hear from you!
